Peregraf — The Kurdistan Regional Government’s Ministry of Finance and Economy said Monday that 830.782 billion Iraqi dinars in federal funding for July salaries has been deposited into its account at the Central Bank of Iraq’s Erbil branch.
The ministry said the Federal Ministry of Finance deducted 120 billion dinars from the allocation as the federal government’s share of the Kurdistan Region’s non-oil revenues for July.
The ministry also said 3.327 billion dinars allocated for the salary entitlements of civil and military pensioners from previous months was not transferred.
The KRG Ministry of Finance and Economy said it will publish the salary distribution schedule after completing the necessary procedures and receiving the funds in cash from the Central Bank of Iraq.
It said the distribution of July salaries will begin “at the earliest possible time” once those procedures are completed.
