The Iraqi Independent High Election Commission (IHEC) has released the final results of the sixth round of Kurdistan parliamentary elections. The head of IHEC remarked, "This has been the most successful election conducted since 1992."

In response to allegations from certain parties claiming that "the election was manipulated and rife with fraud," Omar Ahmad, the head of IHEC, stated, "Such assertions are unfounded and are merely propagated through the media."

He emphasized that, for the first time in Iraq's electoral history, data and information from polling day were provided to the parties on a hard drive, which included images of the ballot papers, allowing them to conduct audits and file appeals if they uncovered any evidence of fraud.

As per the final results announced on October 30, 2024, by IHEC, the distribution of seats among the parties in the Kurdistan parliament remains unchanged from the preliminary results.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) secured the highest number of votes and seats, totaling 812,794 votes and 39 seats.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) followed in second place with 409,548 votes and 23 seats.

The New Generation Movement (NGM) ranked third, garnering 292,320 votes and 15 seats.

The remaining seats in the Kurdistan parliament are allocated as follows: Kurdistan Islamic Union (Yekgirtu) with 7 seats, National Stance Movement (Halwest) with 4 seats, Kurdistan Justice Group (Komal) with 3 seats, People's Front (Baray Gal) with 2 seats, and both the Gorran Movement and the Kurdistan Region Alliance with 1 seat each.
