Masrour Barzani Discusses Regional Stability with U.S. National Security Advisor-Designate

Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani held a phone call with Congressman Michael Waltz, recently appointed as National Security Advisor by U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, to discuss key regional and international issues.

In a statement, PM Barzani highlighted the focus of their discussion, saying: “We addressed regional developments and explored ways to enhance regional stability and strengthen bilateral relations.”

Barzani congratulated Waltz on his new role, praising his expertise in security and regional affairs.
